Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Oven: 400 degrees F/15-20 min. Chef’s Tip: Add 1/4 cup of broth, milk, water, or favorite beer. Remove film and pour 1/4 cup liquid of your choice (Water, milk, beef broth, beer) over tray. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees F. Stir halfway through cook. Remove from oven and stir thoroughly; Add more liquid as needed for desired consistency. Grill: 400 degrees F/10 min. Heat closed grill on medium-high to 400 degrees F. Remove film and add 1/4 cup liquid to ingredients in tray. Reduce heat to medium and place tray over direct heat. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring until smooth and internal temp reaches 165 degrees F.
