Directions

Cooking Instruction: from frozen. Stovetop (most delicious!) Saute sausages 1T vegetable oil (for best results, use refined coconut oil) in a non-stick pan on medium-low for 3 min. per side. For a crispy outside, finish on high heat. Oven (worth the wait!): 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Place sausages on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 10 min. Flip halfway through. Microwave (1100w): On a microwave safe plate, cook sausages on high for 45 seconds, flip, and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Cook all frozen food to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Product should be seared but remain moist. Please remember to let sit for 2 minutes before enjoying.
