- Cook the pork for 3 to 4 minutes, or until browned and no pink is visible. The ground pork must reach an internal temperature of 160 F.

- ⅔ cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
- Pat into an 8 ½ x 4 ½ inch loaf pan. Add additional ketchup on top as desired.
- Bake for 1 hour until meat reaches an internal temperature of 160 F.
