All Giovanni Rana products are made without GMO ingredients* and, many of our ingredients also bear the D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) classification. Rana’s goal is to make the highest quality pasta and entree products using only the finest non GMO ingredients imported and domestic cheeses, durum wheat. We produce products with a fresh high quality taste which is great for a meal for one or for the entire family.
Our Fettuccine has a deep golden color because Rana uses a higher percentage eggs in it’s recipe. The texture of our pasta might be a bit rough but that’s only because we make it like it’s been hand rolled. The special texture gives the perfect ‘al dente’ bite and means the pasta cooks quickly, doesn’t stick together and holds the sauce better. Our Fettuccine has no preservatives, no artificial colors, no powdered eggs, no gums, no hydrogenated fats and no GMO ingredients.
