These croutons are prepared using Olive Garden’s own recipe and are the same ones you will find in our restaurants. Our croutons are made with Romano cheese, seasoned with garlic, Italian herbs & spices, and baked to a delicious golden brown.

Directions

In a large salad serving bowl, toss together the lettuce mix, onion slices, olives, pepperoncini peppers, tomatoes, and croutons. Add dressing and toss to combine. Serve with fresh parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.
