Bake before serving. Ready-to-Fill Crust: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove piecrust from packaging and thaw crust at room temperature about 15 minutes. Thoroughly prick crust with fork; place on baking sheet. Bake on middle rack for 12-15 minutes or until piecrust is golden brown. Cool completely. Pour desired filling (about 3-4 cups) into crust. One-Crust Pie: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove piecrust from packaging. Place on baking sheet; pour desired filling (about 3-4 cups) into crust. Bake on middle rack for 40-45 minutes or until piecrust is golden brown and center is set .Cool completely. Double-Crust Pie: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove piecrust from packaging. Place on baking sheet; pour desired filling (about 3-4 cups) into crust. Moisten crust with water (or beaten egg); cover pie with second crust, and crimp crust to seal. Cut 2-3 slits on top of crust for steam to escape. Bake on middle rack for 50-60 minutes (cover edges of crust with foil if it starts to brown too quickly) or until piecrust is golden brown and center is bubbly. Cool completely. Always remove pie and piecrusts from oven on cookie sheet. Never handle by edge of pan keep frozen until ready to use. To mend a cracked crust; thaw, moisten edges of crack, and press together. Note: Ovens vary; adjust time and temperature as needed. Keep frozen.
