Directions
Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place frozen plantains on nonstick baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Deep-Fry Instructions: Preheat deep fryer oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen plantains 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels before serving. Microwave Instructions: Place frozen plantains in a microwave-safe dish. Cover; microwave on high 3-4 minutes (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed.) Let stand covered 1 minute before serving.
