Our Fettuccine has a deep golden color because Rana uses a higher percentage eggs in it’s recipe. The texture of our pasta might be a bit rough but that’s only because we make it like it’s been hand rolled. The special texture gives the perfect ‘al dente’ bite and means the pasta cooks quickly, doesn’t stick together and holds the sauce better. Our Fettuccine has no preservatives, no artificial colors, no powdered eggs, no gums, no hydrogenated fats and no GMO ingredients.
