Welcome to Choice Delivery, where we hope everyone has a hassle-free shopping experience. To achieve that objective, we are writing this Refund Policy. We encourage you to read it to the end to avoid facing any trouble in the future.

General Information

We understand that sometimes, mistakes can happen from your side as well as ours. If it is the latter, you can count on us to make things right. We accept returns if:

  • The request is initiated within 7 days of the purchase
  • The packaging is in its original condition

For hygiene and other reasons, we do not accept return requests for certain items, including perishable items and custom goods.

Requesting a Refund

Please get in touch with our customer service team at theresa.chisum@aol.com to request a refund. Make sure to include all the details about your order, including the order number, the purchase date, and the issue. Remember to be as descriptive as possible.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the payment, which should be reflected in your account within 7-10 business days. If it takes longer than that, the delay could be from your bank’s side.

In case you do not meet our refund criteria, we will inform you via email.

Exchange Conditions

We try our best to send you the correct order. However, if you receive the wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase to arrange an exchange.

The process for initiating an exchange request is the same as requesting a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is wrong or defective.
