Directions
Coconut Oil Uses: 1:1 substitute for butter and other cooking oils. Rub into hair and skin to moisturize. Cooking: Medium-high heat up to 350 degrees F. No refrigeration required. Solid at room temperature; melts at 76 degrees F.
